There is
such an age when a woman has to listen intently and care more about her body.
Some may say, oh she’s too fragile. But the reality is you really are because
you’re going through a certain phase. That phase could be peri-menopause. And mind you, a woman goes through a lot of
discomforts during this period. It ranges from hot flashes, cold flashes,
excessive perspiration, profuse bleeding, unexplained fear, nervousness,
hypertension, insomnia, and the like. You could only sigh and say, it’s not easy
being a woman.

I am just grateful that I find myself
in an understanding environment. My colleagues understand my present reality,
as well as my family, and closest friends.
Oh there will be good days and bad days. They happen. Let us just learn to keep it in stride.

It also
helps to talk about it so people get educated, and as a result will understand
what you’re going through. Some may not understand true, but that’s not what’s
important. What’s important is you know your body more. So listen to it. Take
good care of it. Love it. Pamper it. Above all, thank God for the grace and
comfort to go through it naturally.
